SFV Services is a family of construction and facilities management solutions that provides an all-in-one resource to our retail, franchise, and hospitality clients on a nationwide basis. We are a cost-effective partner for every stage of growth by eliminating the need for clients to work with multiple General Contractors, reducing project overhead, cost overruns, and delays.

Since our founding in 2006, we have completed over 1,000 projects with top retail and hospitality companies across the United States to provide them with everything from Site Selection and Evaluation Services, Design and Architectural Plans, all aspects of Construction Management, and aftercare through our Facilities Management. 

We are currently looking for a Business Development Professional to expand existing accounts as well as land new logo accounts within commercial REITs, large property owners, and property management providers.

Responsibilities:
Primary:
  • Generate construction sales opportunities and cultivate relationships with national retail and franchise chains.
  • Penetrate and generate relationships with decision-makers at REITs and large Real Estate firms.
  • Manage existing relationships and handle new sales calls
Secondary:
  • Manage social media postings and online presence
  • Engage with and attend networking associations and events.
  • Evaluate and update all internal documents for branding consistency as well as external brand identity
  • Review and evaluate existing products and marketability for various services
KPI’s & Targets
  • Track plans submitted for bids from existing and new clients
  • Within 6 months have 1 new sustainable client
    • Sustainability means the client has spent money with our company and has a pipeline of upcoming work for the next 12 months
  • Within 12 months have 3 new sustainable clients
  • Full branding review after 3months
    • Plan of action for social media 
    • General growth plan and marketing budgeting
    • Competition analysis
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A Marketer with demonstrated expertise in enterprise-B2B digital and traditional marketing
  • An innovative creative, who also knows when good enough will get the job done
  • An industry expert with 10+ years in commercial real estate, construction, and/or tenant improvements
  • Posses a BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, or similar (ideal, not a requirement)
Location(s)
This is a remote role
Candidates based in the Detroit MI, Tampa FL, or Dallas TX regions areas are ideal. (We are open to other locations, with a preference to Central and Eastern Time zones.) Candidates must be currently located in the US. 


Compensation:
This role is budgeted at $75K - $80K base + a bonus plan with on target earnings expected to be $90-$110K based on success metrics.
